The Spinworks is a new homes development in Aylesbury, created on the former CBS/Sony factory site. With such a strong industrial history, we wanted the development’s identity to reflect and celebrate the character of the site rather than lose it. We drew inspiration from the factory’s industrial heritage to create a distinctive brand identity rooted in the location's history while giving the development a contemporary feel for a new generation of homeowners.
